Dana got started in the pest control business back in 2000 when he got a job working as a technician for Orkin. He worked hard and moved up to a service manager position with him. After five years he went to their internal training institute and gained extensive knowledge in pest control, termite extermination, and customer service. From there, he took a job as branch manager for another pest control company in Maryland. He learned how to train the sales team and the technicians, and got first-hand knowledge of what it takes to run a pest control business.
